Our house is located in such a beautiful area, at the foot of the Charance mountain and at a 3mn walk from The city center, you will enjoy the peaceful country nearby the city.
You will admire Céuze, the old Chaillol, and Charance all around, with a pure and sunny sky.

Our home is the best starting point in the Hautes Alpes to discover the "Parc des Ecrins", the Serre Ponçon Lake, the "Devoluy", the "Queyras" and the charming surroundings of Gap.
You can also simply go for a walk, or go for some Biking just from our house. We will be pleased to indicate you our favorite walks.
